Math 2060 — Calculus of Several Variables

Math 2060 is Clemson's course on multivariable calculus. The goal of this course is to introduce students to the main topics taught in a typical calculus course of several variables including vectors, three-dimensional geometry, surfaces, partial differentiation, integration in several variables, applications of differentiation and integration, and basic topics in vector calculus.

Meeting Times

Regular attendance is expected, and students will be responsible for obtaining copies of notes or homeworks in the event of an absence.

Math 2060-005
Section 005 meets every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, class will be held in Martin M-203 from 11:15am until 12:05pm. On Tuesdays, class will be held in Martin M-102 from 11:00am until 11:50am.
Math 2060-010
Section 010 meets every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in Martin M-102. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, class will be held from 1:25pm until 2:15pm. On Tuesdays, class will be held from 2:00pm until 2:50pm.

Academic Success Center

Free, drop-in tutoring is available for Math 2060 through the Academic Success Center, located behind the library. Tutoring should be used to discuss course materials and ask questions, but not as a replacement for class, office hours, or recitations. To maximize the benefit from tutoring, come fully prepared with your book and notes.

Please be aware that tutors will not do your work for you, and ASC tutors are prohibited from working on your graded assignments!
